Volunteer

Volunteer roles at Presentation Family Centre are varied and provide opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds.  You could help us keep our cottages looking smart, work with the children and families at one of our school holiday programs, get busy in the garden or perhaps help us in an administrative sense in our office?

‘I see volunteering as a gift from the families who visit Presentation Family Centre’ (Marie Hall, Volunteer)

Typical volunteer roles available include:

  • Site maintenance
  • Gardening – weeding, planting, taking care of our communal veggie patch
  • Cottage maintenance – painting, furniture repair
  • School Holiday Program Activity Volunteers – running an activity with the support of our coordinators – may be arts/nature/music/sport based.
  • Fundraising – developing grant applications
